Amazing service. Our family was in the middle of a roadtrip when we had engine problems. Rob was extremely helpful and got us back on the road quickly. We are very grateful for their service.

Received an overall evaluation; really good customer service, knowledgeable but not trying to force a sale; grateful for the experience

I have been using Stecher’s for over 20 years and will continue to be a customer. They have always demonstrated integrity, honesty, and I never feel taken advantage of. They are excellent at diagnosis and repair, and very affordable. I recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic who fix the job right the first time!

I had a great experience with Stecher's.. I spoke to Rob, who did a diagnosis test on my 2010 Ford Taurus.. Rob was very professional and very nice to me and my finance'. He explained to us, and showed us what the problem was..I plan on using their service again. ❤

Fantastic shop. Rob at the shop is fantastic. They do amazing work that they stand by. They are very accommodating and work well around your schedule with what you have going on. Don't listen to anyone who complains about the price. Sure, you want to pay $20 less, take your car to Sears and let them ruin it. Stecher's guys do great work and it's worth that little extra to know my wheel isn't going to fly off at 70 miles per hour, or that my transmission's going to drop out in the middle of a long trip I had to make. As long as me and my wife are in Peoria we will continue to take our vehicles to Stecher's Shop when we need work done.
